This hotel is perfectly located in the town centre, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions Liverpool has to offer. The staff members were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms, especially those on the lower floors with disabled facilities, were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities one would need. Plus, the breakfast offered was worth the extra £4, with a variety of options to choose from.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.
